Shipping policy

All international shipments are dispatched from Bali using UrShipper from our warehouse in Indonesia. Customers receive a tracking number upon booking.

• Estimated Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by country and are indicative only, usually it takes 4-6 days to arrive. Specific time frames cannot be guaranteed.

• Responsibility: ISAYA will not be held responsible for any delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. For any issues regarding delivery, please contact the courier directly with your tracking information.

• Undeliverable Orders: 

  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address and to ensure that customs duties and taxes are paid on time if required. If a package is returned to ISAYA due to refusal to pay duties, failure to collect, or an incorrect address, the order will be considered undeliverable.

  In such cases:

  • Return shipping fees, import duties, and any associated costs will be deducted from your refund (if a refund is approved),

  • Or, if the return costs exceed the value of the item, the package may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.

  Please note: Rejected or undeliverable international orders will not be refunded unless the return is successfully received by ISAYA.

• Payment Validation: ISAYA reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

  
  

  Duties & Taxes (DDP)

  FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ADDITIONAL TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES MAY BE ADDED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. ISAYA IS NOT LIABLE TO CALCULATE OR PAY FOR ANY OF THESE FEES. REJECTED PACKAGES WILL NOT BE RECEIVED BY DIRT, THEREFORE A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DESTINATIONS CUSTOMS OFFICES TO GET MORE INFORMATION ON CUSTOMS, IMPORT FEES AND TAXES.

   

For orders within Bali, we use GoSend by Gojek for fast and reliable local delivery. For domestic shipping outside of Bali, we partner with JNE to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. You will receive tracking information for all shipments to monitor your order's progress.
